Intelligent Power Unit

The device is a ready-made concept for connecting satellites and creating and expanding charging hubs. The possibility of connecting up to 6 outputs ensures the optimal configuration of the charging hub depending on the specific needs of the site.

By evaluating the feedback and the experiences of our customers, we have been able to develop a proposal that guarantees the highest possible level of both space and energy efficiency.

An smart and efficient charging system is an ideal solution in which charging time, flow rate, energy consumption efficiency, but also minimal power losses result from this particular solution and its capabilities.

Dynamic Load Balancing System

The Axon Side 360 DLBS is part of a state-of-the-art charging system, of which the Power Unit is the essential, powerful part.

The system also consists of user units – satellites – that receive the distributed power in a dynamic and efficient manner, ensuring the simultaneous charging of up to 6 vehicles.

Importantly, each electric vehicle receives a guaranteed minimum power, while the system, operating in dynamic real-time mode, optimally distributes excess power to the vehicles. The dynamic DLBS system is able to fully utilize the potential of the charging station, resulting in faster charging and lower costs.

Power efficiency

This smart and efficient charging solution affects charging time, flow rate, power consumption efficiency, but also minimal power loss that can result from the use of this specific charging system and its capabilities.

Here, certain rules govern. Each electric vehicle receives a guaranteed minimum power. The charging power is based on the power demand of the electric vehicle. The system operates in dynamic real-time mode.

There is also an optimal distribution of excess power between vehicles. All this contributes to power efficiency of up to 100%. All this ensures reduced vehicle charging times, lower operating costs, minimization of unused power and maximization of the use of charging station capabilities.
